He has over 30 years of experience with delivery and sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pramit&nbsp;is currently the Global Director for IDH Textiles &amp; Manufacturing Business Unit and a part of the Global Management Team at IDH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Until December 2021, he was the Country Director for IDH India where he was responsible for the work on the responsible sourcing agenda and for sustainability programs on Tea, Fruits &amp; Vegetables, Palm Oil, Apparel Worker Safety and Spices. He was also the Global Program Director for the Cotton &amp; Apparel verticals.
